Listen to the Courts

A lot of Republicans and some Democrats are complaining about possible corruption in the 2020 presidential election; here are some of the strange anomalies that took place:

Forty-seven percent (47%) say it’s likely that Democrats stole votes or destroyed pro-Trump ballots in several states to ensure that Joe Biden would win. Forty-nine percent (49%) consider that unlikely. this includes 36% who say voter fraud was Very Likely and 39% who think it was Not At All Likely

As of December 8, Joe Biden won 509 counties while Donald Trump won 2,547.

In the 2020 election, Joe Biden won 16.65% of the counties.

In the 2012 presidential campaign, Barack Obama won 689 counties or 22% of the counties.

In 2012, Barack Obama had 62,611,000 votes. In 2020 Joe Biden garnered more than 81 million votes or almost 25% more than Obama.

In 2020, Democrats targeted a dozen state legislative chambers where Republicans held tenuous majorities, including Pennsylvania, Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, and Minnesota. Their goal was to check the power of Republicans to redraw congressional and legislative districts in 2021 and curb the rightward drift of policies from abortion to gun safety to voting rights.

But in all cases, Democrats came up short. None of their targeted legislative chambers flipped.

Why is that a candidate who rarely campaigned or held few open news conferences outdrew Obama by almost 20 million votes to become the biggest vote-getter in our country’s history? Some say that the election was won in four states: Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota. Were the ballot boxes stuffed with illegal ballots? Here is one example. Just 4 years ago, Hillary Clinton actually campaigned more than Joe Biden did in 2020, and she got 65 million votes. Biden got 17 million more votes than Hillary, 23% more votes.

I could spend a great deal of ink and paper listing all the examples of possible election fraud, but the courts have said no to all the Trump campaign’s challenges about voter fraud. I think we have to move on and prepare for 2022 and 2024. One thing that was clear from many courts who said the Trump campaign should have filed its claims sooner. Here is an example, Wisconsin Judge Ludwig called the case “extraordinary,” saying the president could have challenged the manner in which Wisconsin officials were handling the election before the vote — not after.

Many of us are concerned that our election process has been corrupted, and unless we do something about it, all future elections will be subject to ballot manipulation in ever-increasing amounts. Is there anything that we can start to do today that could re-establish the American voter’s confidence in our elections? I think we need to follow the suggestion of the courts.

As Judge Ludwig said, “Do it before the vote.” I think we need to go back to the courts and ask them to rule on the constitutionality of anybody other than the state legislature changing the voting rules under article 2 of the Constitution. For those of you who may not know Article 2 of the Constitution state that only the state legislature can set the rules of an election. The position would be that any election rules that were introduced for the 2020 election would be null and void in elections starting with the 2022 election. All regulations and processes would have to be passed by the state government. If they had not been approved by the legislature before early voting, they would be disallowed. No changes in the voting rules would be permitted after the voting process has started.

We must start in the state legislatures where people, other than the legislature, changed the rules after voting started, including judges. If the state legislature doesn’t reject the changes the next step is the courts.

Our election process, in many states, lacks reliability and honesty, as demonstrated by the 2020 election. Congress needs to step in and set the rules for electing federal office holders if the states will not comply with article 2. If we are going to the courts, we must start in the states with the most difficulty with election results in 2020. Let’s go to all the courts that turned down the Trump campaign lawsuits and file motions in those courts. If things do not happen fast enough, we need to go to Congress to pass an election reform bill.

In 2020, was our election so corrupt that they can find 12 ballots in a desk drawer and never question the votes’ validity, especially when the election is 12 votes different? You have a right to vote but, you don’t have to vote. If you decide you want to vote, you need to be sure that you cast your vote in a free and fair election.

We can say one more thing about the 2020 election. We know how many votes Donald Trump won but we will never know how many legal votes Joe Biden got.

#Biden is an illegitimate president.
